ASEAN Consulting is British run and provides professional help in a variety of core project management, turnaround and business continuous improvement scenarios across Asia. Apart from Asia we have also worked in 2 parts of Africa, the Middle East and India. We are very mobile and happily work offshore. Our successful track record is centred on a core team of 4 key people supported by associates spread around Asia of varying nationalities, cultures and language competencies. All have long careers in employed positions previously in organisations similar to you, managing and implementing sustainable change before moving into consultancy.

Our experience is essentially in 2 areas, but in effect they are often part of the same broader objectives and journey. Firstly, we are expert at delivering pure waterfall project management. We can also train people in the above disciplines. It is not our core business, but we have done several research based projects both from market and supply chain perspectives and we have also assisted people with compliance and regulatory issues such as Board of Investment (BOI Thailand) & Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA Philippines)
